While the best tongue twister ever is no doubt:

We’re real rear wheels.

(Drives me nuts; I still can’t say it.) Worthy, too, of consideration:

Six sick hicks nick six slick bricks with picks and sticks.
Red bug’s blood, bed bug’s blood.
Irish wristwatch, Swiss wristwatch.
Red Buick, blue Buick
Scissors sizzle, thistles sizzle.
Knapsack strap.
Red leather, yellow leather.
Through three cheese trees three free fleas flew.
While these fleas flew, freezy breeze blew.
Freezy breeze made these three trees freeze.
Freezy trees made these trees’ cheese freeze.
That’s what made these three free fleas sneeze.
